Cancellation Policy
Our guidelines for order cancellation, product issues, and processing timelines.
Eligibility for Cancellation
- Cancellations will be considered only if requested within 24 hours of placing an order for standard moving items and if shipping has not started.
- Once the shipment has been handed over to the logistics provider, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
- Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category are not eligible for cancellation.
Product Not as per Specification
If the product received is not as per the technical specifications mentioned on the website:
- Notify our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of delivery.
- After review, our team will decide on a suitable resolution — replacement or refund as per company norms.
Processing Timeline
- Cancellation requests will be processed within 1–2 business days, and you will be notified by email.
- Refunds for cancellations made before the product is in "Order Shipped" status will be informed to the customer.
- It may take 7–10 business days to process and inform the exact status of order cancellation.
- For incorrect product specifications, our team will arrange shipment of the correct material or issue a refund (mutually decided).
